Day 1. Arrival
At Cairo International Airport Meet and greet our representative who will assist the group through immigration and customs formalities. - Transfer to your hotel in Cairo to check in - Evening Optional Dinner Cruise to enjoy sailing in the Nile River, tanowra show, folklore show, belly dancing and open buffet dinner - Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2. Cairo City Tour (B/L/D) After breakfast enjoy our Guided tour to visit the pyramids and the Sphinx. - Continue your tour to visit the church of Virgin Mary in Maadi. (at Maadi, the holy family boarded a sailing-boat which carried them up the Nile towards southern Egypt) - Then visit the Hanging Church and St. Sergius church (4th Century), and cave where the Holy Family were staying for more than 3 months, then continue your tour to the Church of St. George and the Fortress of Babylon in Old Cairo, which the Holy Family passed by - Lunch during the day tour - Dinner at the hotel - Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3. Wadi Natrun Monasteries (B/L/D) After breakfast, leave Cairo at 07:00 am Guided tour to visit to visit Wadi Natrun Monasteries (1 hour and 30 minutes driving from Cairo), and dates back to the 4th century and was one of the points where the Holy family take a rest during their journey - The first stop will be Deir El Baramus which is surrounded by high walls to protect the monks against desert raids by Berbers and the Bedouins in the ancient times - Continue your tour to visit the Monastery of Saint Bishoy to visit the unique frescoes which dates back to the medieval times, then visit the amazing Syrian Monastery - Lunch during the day tour. - Dinner at the hotel - Overnight in Cairo.
Day 4. Egyptian Museum (B/L/D) After breakfast, leave Hotel at 08:00 am for Guided tour to visit the Egyptian Museum A Tahrir to visit the golden collection of king Tut Ankh Amoun and the treasure of king Pseusennes - Continue your tour to visit Al Matariya which is called the ancient Heliopolis area to see the sacred tree of Virgin Mary which the holy family has rested in its shade As well as, the child Jesus caused water to flow from a spring from which he drank to arouse this tree - Then transfer to Al Zaitun Church Where was a mass Marian apparition that was reported to have occurred in the Zeitoun district of Cairo, over a period of 2–3 years beginning on 2 April 1968 - Lunch during the day time - Dinner at the hotel - Overnight in Cairo.
Day 5. Mostorad Church + Meniet Samanoud + Sakha (B/L/D) After breakfast, leave Hotel at 07:00 am and be escorted to visit Mostorad Church, also called Al Mahamaah which means the bathing place, because Virgin Mary bathed in the child Jesus and washed his clothes. - Continue your tour to a small village called Meniet Samanoud (1 hour and 15 minutes driving), where its people greeted the Holy Family and Jesus Christ blessed them, and you will visit a trough and the Virgin Mary used it for kneading the bread. - Then visit small village called Sakha and the ancient name is (pekha Issous) which means the food of Jesus Christ. The name originally from the footprint which is found on a rock for Jesus and we will visit it in the church of Virgin Mary in the same place - Lunch during the day time - Dinner at the hotel. V Overnight in Cairo.
Day 6. Visit Tel Basta (B/L/D) At 06:00 am After the breakfast escort to Tel Basta (2 hours driving) to visit the great ancient Egyptian city and it’s collapsed temple of goddess Bastet, because the people of these area didn’t welcome the Holy family, then visit a spring of water flow of by Jesus Christ where the Holy family drink the water and washed their clothes. - Continue your tour to Tanis the Capital of Egypt during the 26th dynasty (1049 B.C). - Lunch during the daytime. - Dinner at the hotel. V Overnight in Cairo.
Day 7. Transfer and Tour to El Minia (B/L/D) Early morning 6:00 am check out from the hotel, then transfer to El Minia (4 hours Driving) to visit the monastery of Virgin Mary which is called Jabal Al Tair which means the birds mountain. - Then will Visit the cave where the holy family rested inside. It is situated now inside the Ancient Church there - then check in the hotel - Lunch will be at the hotel - Enjoy the amazing and the unique panoramic view of the beautiful villages and the Nile River from the hotel which is built on a high mountain - Dinner at the hotel - Overnight in El Minia.
Day 8. Al Muharraq monastery + Tuna El Gabal (B/L/D) Early morning after the breakfast check out from the hotel. - Start your tour to visit to the necropolis of Tuna El Gabal. This place includes many significant elements, like the crypts of baboons and Ibis that represent the god Thoth, the tomb of Isadora, the tomb of the priest Pet-Osiers, the ancient water wheel and the boundary stele of the city of the Aton - Continue your visit to Al-Ashmunien, you will enjoy visiting the open museum with the two colossal baboon statues and the ruins of the basilica church with its Rose granite columns. - Optional Bani Hassan, includes some of the most impressive tombs of the Middle Kingdom. Its rich and well-preserved tombs (2345–2181 BC) - Then drive to Assiut to visit Al Muharraq monastery, the most sacred place in Egypt, because the holy family stayed 6 months and 10 days in this site and in same place received the divine message to return back to Palestine. - After Herod died, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, 'Get up, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who were trying to take the child's life are dead. (Matt. 2:19-20). - Lunch during the day tour. - check in the hotel - Dinner at the hotel. - Overnight in Assiut.
Day 9. Back to Cairo (B/L/D) After the breakfast drive back to Cairo. - Optional tour to visit the Red Monastery and the white Monastery in Suhag (02 Hours driving to the north of Assiut) - Lunch during the daytime - Dinner at the hotel. - Overnight in Cairo.
Day 10. Departure (B/_/_) After the breakfast you will be transferred to Cairo international airport for the final departure.
