The company, owned and operated by its General Manager, Ms. Myra K. Roldan was established on September 2015. Its primary purpose is to expand the services of the Merckworld Training Services. Travelling lead to put up separate company, Merck MLI Travel and Tours.

The Company provides Travel Packages for Inbound and Outbound tourists. With its aim to develop affordable and quality travel products, Merck MLI Travel and Tours is now an accredited agency by the Department of Tourism (DOT – Philippines), Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) and Philgeps. It is also an affiliated member of different Travel Associations like NAITAS, PHILTOA, PATA and NITAS.
